Payment and booking conditions

Booking conditions:

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay minimum 30% of the full price in advance directly to the owner of the accommodation and rest has to be paid till 4 days before check-in date.

For bookings made less than 4 day(s) prior to Check-In full amount has to be paid.

The price includes: turist tax and all utilities and super-fast fibre optic internet connection, fresh linens and towels, a final cleaning service and continuous assistance to solve any problem which may occur during your stay in Rijeka.

Cancellation policy for short rental:

  • 100% refund if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in
  • 40% refund if you cancel at least 4 days before check-in
  • No refund if you cancel less than 4 days before check-in

The refund percentage applies to the amount you’ve paid to date at the time of cancellation, not the total amount of the reservation. All cancellations must be made by 11:59 pm in the property’s timezone to fall within the cancellation policy.

  • Self-check-in with the PIN (digital lock)
  • It is necessary to send in advance pictures and information from your document and documents of all guests who will stay in the apartment with your (name, date of birth, place of residence) and citizenship, ID or passport number. Once we have received the requested information and payment on the day of your arrival (if is not agreed differently), we will send you the PINs and short instructions.
  • We can also provide you earlier check-in, depends on availability.
  • Regular check-in is from 2 pm.


  • On the last day of stay, the guest is obligated to leave the accommodation until 10 am, so the other guest can check-in from 2 pm.
  • On request and depends on availability, if it possible we can provide check out until 12 pm.
